I generally like this place, although it's over priced. We bought a loaf of bread from here, my wife made me a sandwich, as I took my first bite, I smelled a chemical smell, similar to laundry detergent, and then I tasted it. I had my wife smell the piece of bread, and she also smelled the smell, then we smelled the bag of bread, and it had that smell inside of it. I asked her to bring it to natural grocers for a refund, and to tell them what happened, they told my wife that they weren't giving a refund, as it could have been bought anywhere else, and to contact Rudy's. We've had other issues in the past, such as items being expired right after buying them, even though the package says that they have a while to go etc., and they've never accepted a refund.

Fantastic experience. An amazing selection of products! Employees were fun, friendly and knowledgeable - inquired about DMSO.

If you are a health nut, this is your store. Even the most picky ones should be happy with the choices of health products and supplements. Actually, to me, it looked more like the story with the vitamins and supplements . There are good veggies, lots of organic choices, but not enough for me personally. I would have liked more choices. I was surprised to find Udo oil here. It is omega-3-6-9. I remember once I had a hard time finding it in stores. The spice selection is amazing. I thought I knew a lot about spices but I found that I didn’t know about 20% of the spices they carry. That would be exciting to explore what they are for.

What a nice store. We went to one in Sedona last year and this one is very nice as well. The store is well stocked and the staff is helpful and provided quality customer service. Highly recommended

This store has really gone down hill. Every time I come in shelves are empty, half the stuff I’m looking for is out of stock, and the aisles are filled with carts of product waiting to be stocked. And when I inquire I get the same response: “we’ve had a lot of call outs recently”. I’ve been told this for the past moth. Is this a way to run a grocery store? Maybe find reliable help.
